I paid a $500 City Code Violation in all $1’s to my city when they would not reduce my fine. (because it was my second office, they would not reduce it) I paid the first reduced fine of $150 in all ones too.

yes you can pay in pennies, nickles, dimes and quarters, but they can charge extra for it. They can also have you come back on a date they have extra hands to count all the change. But that could carry you past you due date, which you then can be fined.
Then you see old whiny ass making a total jackass of himself again.

Paying his atxs with one dollar bills, is no problem.
But if I’m in a tax office and some jerkoff comes in witha video cam filming all my personal transactions with the city. I would have done something. I’m more of an activist then they are. I will take action and do my best to shove the cam up his ass. As for the load mouth prick, I’ld done my best to shove all those one dollar bills up his.
